A very warm 'au revoir' to Lisa, Rudy and Mia who are returning to France for a new adventure. We're delighted to still be serving up some French treats including of course, those delicious baguette.

Originally from Le Mans, home of the famous 24 hour endurance race and from a family passionate about cars, Rudy headed down a different road, instead learning the art of cooking and baking. After developing his skills in restaurants throughout France and Europe, Rudy met Lisa in London. After returning to New Zealand and producing a beautiful daughter, Mia, the Kapiti Coast called. Following a year at the Paraparaumu Beach market, Lisa and Rudy opened their Patisserie in Raumati Beach Village.
